We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor with proven experience in the Training & Education industry to lead our sales team, drive enrollment, and achieve business targets.
🔹 Requirements
2–4 years of experience in sales within the *Training, Education, or E-Learning industry*.
Previous experience in supervising or leading a sales team.
Strong knowledge of selling training courses and educational programs.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Must be based in Cairo.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor daily sales performance, leads, and conversion rates.
Follow up on course enrollments and sales opportunities.
Coach team members to improve sales skills and productivity.
Track sales KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and course enrollment.
