Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor with expertise in commercial interior projects, particularly restaurants and hotels. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, measurements, material coordination, and ensuring quality execution within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site execution for restaurants, hotels, and other commercial spaces.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.
- Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions against approved drawings.
- Read and interpret interior layouts, working drawings, and specifications.
- Use AutoCAD to read drawings and support site execution.
- Manage material requirements, deliveries, usage, and quality checks.
- Ensure proper installation, finishing, and adherence to design specifications.
- Monitor labour productivity, site progress, and project deadlines.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and project managers to resolve site issues.
- Prepare daily progress updates and maintain site records.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in interior site supervision, preferably in commercial projects.
- Experience with restaurant and hotel interiors will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and interior drawings.
- Good understanding of site measurements, dimensions, and area calculations.
- Knowledge of materials such as plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, gypsum, flooring, paint, and other interior finishing materials.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage labour, contractors, and materials independently.

- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
