Job description
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Telecalling Executive Intern to join our team in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, managing enquiries, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments to support business growth.
This role offers hands-on experience in client coordination, lead generation, sales communication, and customer relationship management, along with an opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
Key responsibilities:
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
Communicate with customers in Tamil and English to understand their requirements.
Follow up on leads and enquiries to generate business opportunities.
Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings with the interior design team.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Support the team in achieving lead conversion and business development targets.
Skills and qualifications:
Good verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
Good interpersonal, organisational, and follow-up skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
