About LEYSER
LEYSER is a family gemstone and jewellery house with roots in Idar-Oberstein dating back to 1639. We combine generations of gemstone expertise with individual design and craftsmanship, offering fine coloured gemstones, bespoke jewellery and distinctive finished pieces to an international clientele.
The opportunity
We are seeking well-connected individuals to introduce LEYSER to new private clients and develop lasting relationships within their networks.
This is an independent, commission-based collaboration with no fixed salary. Remuneration is earned on completed sales, with commission rates and terms agreed in advance.
The role offers flexibility and may suit someone already active in luxury goods, art, hospitality, concierge services or private client relationships.
Your role
• Introduce prospective clients with an interest in fine gemstones and bespoke jewellery.
• Arrange private appointments and viewings in coordination with LEYSER.
• Identify opportunities for bespoke commissions, special acquisitions.
• Develop relationships with relevant partners and referral contacts.
• Represent the house with professionalism, discretion and a personal approach.
• Work directly with Sebastian Leyser throughout the introduction and sales process.
Your profile
• An established network of prospective clients or relevant professional contacts.
• An interest in fine jewellery, coloured gemstones and craftsmanship.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust.
• An independent, proactive approach and a focus on developing business.
• Previous experience in luxury sales or private client services is welcome. Specialist gemstone knowledge is helpful but not essential.
