Attorney/Lawyer

Robert Half is partnering with a law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Real Estate Attorney who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and revise a variety of real estate and commercial agreements, including lease documents, amendments, renewals, easements, licenses, and related contract materials.
Provide legal guidance on commercial leasing and landlord-tenant matters, escalating complex advisory issues to supervising counsel when appropriate.
Assist with transactional work tied to acquisitions, property transfers, deed corrections, and merger-related real estate matters.
Conduct due diligence activities such as reviewing title-related materials, examining supporting records, and identifying potential legal issues affecting transactions.
Research Washington statutes, regulations, and case law to inform recommendations and ensure documents align with applicable legal requirements.
Requirement:
3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, with a focus on commercial and retail leasing.
The salary range for this position is $80-95/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
