We are seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to support an AI training project focused on financial modeling, valuation, and sector analysis. Candidates will use their expertise to evaluate research data and improve the quality of AI-generated financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate equity research datasets.
Analyze earnings reports, estimate revisions, and peer benchmarks.
Evaluate financial models covering revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation.
Prepare research summaries and event-driven updates.
Develop investment theses using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Identify industry trends, sector metrics, and company catalysts.
Provide feedback to improve research accuracy and data quality.
Required Qualifications
Extensive sell-side equity research experience, including company modeling and written research.
Experience covering multiple companies across earnings cycles.
Strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and business performance.
Specialist knowledge of at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, or biotech.
Proven skills in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, and investment thesis development.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
