We are seeking experienced Security Onion Specialists to support an AI training project focused on cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, and incident investigation.
Key Responsibilities
Complete cybersecurity workflows using Security Onion.
Analyze security alerts, network traffic, logs, and threat data.
Perform alert investigation, threat detection, and incident response tasks.
Record screen demonstrations of completed workflows.
Create realistic prompts, detailed rubrics, and workflow documentation.
Explain investigation techniques and tools clearly.
Review task outputs for accuracy and compliance with project guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Security Onion for security monitoring, threat detection, or incident investigation.
Current access to Security Onion and the ability to use it independently.
Comfort with screen recording and sharing technical workflows.
Strong attention to detail and clear technical communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in data annotation, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar human data projects.
