Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is, to maintain the mould cavities
of all rotmoulded products and doing regular maintenance of that to be achieved
intended result in product and prevent loss of down time and notable rejection.
Key Responsibilities
·
Maintain
mould inventory.
·
Intermediate
role playing in design team and mould maker to deliver better mould design for
easy and smooth production.
·
New
mould trials , dimension verification and approval activity is my key
responsibility.
·
Doing
mould maintenance regular basis and available mould ready to use.
·
Doing
mould loading /unloading activity on time to avoid production loss & delay.
·
Monitor
to Roto pallet frame availability, Inventory, quality checking process and
deliver to machine as in required weight.
·
Developed
sizer for plastic product as per requirement.
·
Making
spider support to enhance mould qty on a single arm.
·
Maintenance
of machine arm.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure
adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain
compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support
internal and external audits.
Educational Qualification
[10th + ITI fitter ]
Experience
Total Experience: 15 years
Industry:
Plastic processing Industries.
Functional
Area: Mould maintenance.
Relevant
Exposure: Rotomoulding.
Technical Competencies
Good
knowledge of Machinery parts. Be like Lathe machine, Roto machine etc.
Knowledge
of mould & machine working & their maintenance.
Expert in different type of welding
works. I.e. mig & arc welding.
Expert
in multiple types of polish for mould to increase quality of product and
life span of mould.
