Company Description: Syndeco Technologies is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and digitally savvy Social Media & Content Creation Intern to support our online presence and brand growth.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, storytelling, and digital marketing who can turn ideas into engaging content that showcases our services and attracts potential clients.
*Key Responsibilities*
Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, reels, carousels, and captions.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Create educational and promotional content around website development, WordPress, SEO, and digital growth.
Research social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
Assist with managing social media communities and engaging with audiences.
Support digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Monitor content performance and suggest ways to improve engagement.
Maintain consistency in the company's brand voice and visual identity.
Requirements
An undergraduate, recent graduate, or aspiring professional interested in social media or digital marketing.
Good writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
Basic video editing skills.
Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
Creativity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Good organisation, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
A portfolio of previous designs, videos, or social media work is an advantage.
