Workshop Manager (Changan, GAC, Chery)

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Supervisor to build and lead a new mechanical workshop and after-sales department.
This is a hands-on builder and leadership role responsible for establishing workshop operations, building the technical team, and driving quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Master Technician certification
Diploma/Degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field
5+ years automotive workshop experience, including 2+ years supervising technicians
Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
Able to interpret technical documentation and wiring diagrams
Fluent in English
Valid driver’s licence
Willing to relocate permanently for a full-time management role
Preferred:
Automotive dealership/workshop management experience
Changan, GAC, Chery, GWM, or other Chinese OEM experience
New workshop setup/commissioning experience
TGDI engine experience
Hybrid/EV high-voltage systems exposure
Overseas experience
Compensation & Package:
Base Salary US$ 4,300.00 per month
Employer-provided secure accommodation

Experienced Filipino automotive professionals currently working overseas are especially encouraged to apply, particularly those with Middle East or international dealership/workshop experience.
