Role Description The Senior Manager Inbound is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, To manage end-to-end inbound operations, including vehicle unloading, GRN, QC, putaway, inventory accuracy, manpower productivity, dock utilization, and operational cost control while ensuring timely and accurate stock availability for outbound operations.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations will be an added advantage.
Relevant warehouse management certifications will be preferred.
Experience Required
8–12 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or supply chain management.
Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role handling Inbound, GRN, Putaway and Inventory Management.
Experience in high-volume grocery, FMCG, e-commerce or quick-commerce warehouses is preferred.
Proven experience in managing large teams, high-volume operations, productivity improvement and cost control.
