The role would involve supporting the MYGAIT+ developer platform, exploring its capabilities, conducting demos, troubleshooting developer issues, and providing DevOps support.
seeking MYGAIT+ Developers to support and enhance the MYGAIT+ Developer Tools platform and its developer community.
Provide end-to-end DevOps support, including CI/CD, deployments, environment management, and troubleshooting.
Develop strong knowledge of MYGAIT+ features, tools, and capabilities to provide effective developer support.
Explore new platform capabilities and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved developer experience.
Create and deliver quick demos, technical walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts for new features and use cases.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with engineering and platform teams as required.
Provide timely support, documentation, and knowledge sharing to developers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Skills:
MYGAIT+ / Developer Tools – platform support, feature understanding, and capability exploration
DevOps & CI/CD – Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, deployment and release management
Cloud & Infrastructure – AWS/Azure, infrastructure automation, and environment management
Programming/Scripting – Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting
Issue Resolution – debugging, root-cause analysis, incident management, and production support
