Strong Monitoring / Observability integration experience
• Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 enterprise monitoring tools
• Datadog / New Relic / Splunk / AWS CloudWatch or equivalent
• REST APIs, Webhooks & JSON
• Event ingestion and integration
• Event normalization & enrichment
• Alert/event mapping and transformation
• Integration troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of monitoring → incident-management event flow • ServiceNow integration experience
• PagerDuty integrations
• Event correlation & noise reduction
• CMDB / service mapping concepts
• Incident lifecycle understanding
• API authentication / OAuth / tokens
• Integration testing
• Production monitoring architecture
• Event-volume / alert-pattern analysis • Moogsoft
• Python scripting
• Terraform
• Teams / Slack
• Kubernetes monitoring
• Azure/AWS cloud monitoring
• OpenTelemetry
• Dynatrace / AppDynamics or similar tools • Owns the monitoring and enterprise integration layer of the SOW
• Connects agreed monitoring/observability platforms to PagerDuty
• Analyzes existing event sources and ingestion patterns
• Maps monitoring events to appropriate PagerDuty services and priorities
• Implements event normalization, enrichment and routing requirements
• Supports correlation, deduplication and noise-reduction configuration
• Implements/supports ServiceNow ↔ PagerDuty integration
• Supports CMDB/service mapping where required for routing and context
• Performs end-to-end integration validation from monitoring → PagerDuty → ServiceNow
• Troubleshoots connectivity, API, webhook and event-flow issues
• Documents integration architecture, mappings and operational procedures
