Role Description The Vice President of Working Capital is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the working capital strategy across Roxe Intelligence and its portfolio companies. This role leads the design and implementation of cash flow management, liquidity planning, and credit policies to ensure efficient use of financial resources. The Vice President will develop frameworks for receivables, payables, and inventory management, working closely with finance, operations, and investment teams to support growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, identifying opportunities to improve capital efficiency, setting performance metrics, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership. The role also involves building processes, tools, and governance structures that align working capital strategies with the company’s broader investment and digital transformation objectives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in working capital management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and optimization of receivables and payables.
Strong financial analysis skills with experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance metrics for capital efficiency.
Background in corporate finance, investment management, private equity, or venture capital, preferably with exposure to technology or digital transformation sectors.
Proven leadership capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience designing and implementing policies, processes, and governance frameworks related to working capital and treasury operations.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CTP) are advantageous.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and partnering with AI, data, and digital transformation teams to support strategic growth initiatives.
