Location: Gurugram, India (Hybrid) | Employment type: Full-time
About the Role
TrueAlpha helps India’s most ambitious founders sharpen their business plans and raise capital, through content, playbooks, the Founders Fellowship Program and 1:1 guidance. We’re looking for sharp, organised people to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with our Founding Partner, a three-time founder with two exits, who has raised ~$15M from top VCs and mentored 20+ startups.
You’ll be the engine behind our LinkedIn presence, weekly webinars and founder conversations. This is a broad, high-ownership role for someone who figures things out without being told every step. It’s a full-time, hybrid role: most work is done remotely, with two days a week in our Gurugram office for meetings, planning and Fellowship events. Strong performers will grow into larger roles as TrueAlpha scales.
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule and publish LinkedIn content, and help shape ideas and drafts in TrueAlpha’s voice
Run our weekly webinars end to end: speaker coordination, promotion, logistics and follow-ups
Manage the Founding Partner’s calendar and support founder meetings with prep and follow-through
Join calls with founders and investors where needed, and respond to founders who reach out on LinkedIn
Research investors, build targeted lists and help with warm connects
Support Fellowship operations and new initiatives as they come up, including in-person events when required
Use AI tools daily to manage your workload and move faster on writing, research and coordination
Help with the new TrueAlpha website (bonus, not a requirement)
Qualifications
Recent graduate or final-year student; freshers are welcome
Based in or near Gurugram / Delhi NCR and comfortable commuting to the office on scheduled days
Very organised, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and delivering on time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good instincts for content: you know what makes a post or a webinar worth watching
Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) in real work, and able to give a specific example
Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable with ambiguity and little supervision
Bonus: prior internships or projects, or exposure to startups, VC or events
How to Apply: Apply through LinkedIn. In your application, share one example of a project you drove with minimal guidance, and one way you’ve used AI in your work.
