Role Description The Junior Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. This role involves supporting senior consultants in analyzing client operations, gathering and interpreting data, and preparing presentations and reports that highlight key findings and recommendations. The Junior Consultant will assist in designing and implementing process improvements, documenting workflows, and tracking project progress. Day-to-day work includes client meeting preparation, creating structured documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to strategic and financial planning initiatives as guided by senior team members.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business and financial data.
Solid communication skills, including clear business writing, presentation preparation, and professional client interaction.
Basic knowledge of business operations, process improvement, and project coordination.
Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools).
Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, collaborate in a team setting, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; internship or prior consulting exposure is a plus.
Interest in small and growing businesses, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
