Role Description The Strategy Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic projects that help clients streamline operations and scale sustainably. This role includes conducting business and financial analyses, assessing current workflows, and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. The Strategy Manager will develop data-driven recommendations, build strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement operational and financial strategies. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing presentations and reports, facilitating client workshops and discovery sessions, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that engagements are delivered on time and within scope. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and client leadership, while maintaining clear communication and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, model scenarios, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in finance and financial strategy, such as budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, or growth planning.
Background in management consulting or consulting, with proven experience leading client engagements or strategic projects.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with workflow optimization, process improvement methodologies, or operational consulting is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with business productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
