BGR invites senior pharmaceutical and healthcare corporate leaders to build an independent Life Sciences & Healthcare Search Practice.
Your scientific literacy, regulatory background, and promoter networks are the foundation of client trust. We provide the search methodology, research horsepower, and legal infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Establish the Life Sciences Practice: Position your practice as the trusted retained search advisor to domestic pharma houses, biotech innovators, and global healthcare entities.
Strategic Scientific & CXO Searches: Originate and deliver critical searches for Chief Scientific Officers, R&D Heads, Site Directors, Regulatory Leads, and Business Unit Heads.
Board & Promoter Advisory: Advise boardrooms on leadership succession, USFDA compliance leadership, and international commercial expansion.
Authentic Candidate Auditing: Accurately evaluate executive credentials, clinical track records, and operational discipline.
Practice Commercials & Engagement Model
Entrepreneurial Partnership (No Fixed CTC): This role is an independent Practice Ownership engagement, not a salaried corporate employment position. There is no fixed base salary or corporate CTC.
Direct P&L Upside: You retain the dominant share (up to 70–80%) of billing revenues on all originated assignments.
No Franchise Overhead: Avoid high upfront franchise purchase fees. Your capital investment is your domain expertise, time, and relationship network.
Sovereignty & Scale: Command full independence over your schedule, clients, and execution model.
