Role Description
The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to support Fitspire’s health and wellness product distribution. This role involves managing stock levels, supervising inventory handling, organizing storage layouts, and ensuring accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch. The Warehouse Manager will coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to maintain optimal inventory availability and efficient replenishment cycles. Additional responsibilities include implementing safety and compliance procedures, maintaining warehouse equipment, monitoring performance metrics, and leading warehouse staff through clear communication and structured workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to ensure accurate tracking and minimal stock discrepancies.
Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to optimize warehouse processes, space utilization, and order fulfillment.
Candidates should possess skills in using warehouse management systems or ERP tools, along with basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
Candidates should possess leadership, team supervision, and communication skills to guide staff, manage shifts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
