About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered video creation. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming ideas, scripts, and raw footage into engaging, high-quality visual content using traditional editing techniques as well as the latest AI video tools.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing.
Create engaging motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects.
Use AI-powered tools to generate videos, visuals, animations, voiceovers, and other creative assets.
Develop AI-generated videos from text prompts, scripts, images, and reference videos.
Integrate AI-generated footage with live-action videos, motion graphics, sound design, and music.
Create reels, shorts, explainers, product videos, brand films, and promotional content.
Perform color correction, color grading, audio syncing, sound design, and final video optimization.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements.
Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, motion graphics trends, and AI video generation tools.
Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.
Required Skills & Expertise
Video Editing
Adobe Premiere Pro
DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
Motion Graphics & Animation
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience creating animated typography, kinetic text, logo animations, and visual effects.
Basic knowledge of 2D animation and compositing.
AI Video Creation
Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
Ability to write effective prompts for generating consistent, high-quality video content.
Knowledge of AI voiceovers, lip-sync, image-to-video, text-to-video, and AI-assisted editing workflows.
Qualifications
Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and AI video production.
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing, animation, and AI-generated video projects.
Good creative sense, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience creating performance marketing ads and social media content.
Knowledge of green-screen editing, compositing, tracking, and masking.
Understanding of aspect ratios and platform-specific video formats.
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows for improving production speed and creativity.
