Corporate Finance Analyst

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Corporate Finance Analyst. The analyst will support financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining financial models, reviewing financial statements, and preparing reports and presentations for leadership. The role involves analyzing business performance, evaluating trends, and providing recommendations to improve financial outcomes. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional partners, ensure data accuracy, and help refine processes and tools used in corporate finance.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.
Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Finance to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements to analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Financial Modeling to build, maintain, and improve models for scenario analysis and decision support.
Relevant qualifications include proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel), strong attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
A degree or coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred, as is experience in corporate or investment finance.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with distributed teams is highly beneficial.
