Role Description The Payment Operations Associate is a part-time role responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of payments related to mine operations, vendors, and contractors. Working in a hybrid arrangement based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for work from home, the associate will review payment requests, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls. Daily tasks include reconciling payment records, resolving discrepancies with internal departments and external partners, and maintaining up-to-date transaction logs in relevant systems. The role also involves responding to inquiries about payment status, preparing basic reports for management, and assisting with process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability in payment operations.

Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial or ERP systems; familiarity with mining or industrial operations is an asset.
High level of attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
