Logistics Executive

Role Description The Logistics Executive is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role coordinates the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies between vendors, warehouses, and the Musselwhite Mine site, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing shipments, tracking orders, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate inventory and logistics records. The Logistics Executive communicates regularly with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to resolve issues, optimize routes, and support supply chain efficiency. The role also involves supporting customer and stakeholder inquiries, assisting with sales-related logistics, and contributing to continuous improvement of logistics processes and standards.
Qualifications
Strong logistics management and supply chain management skills, with experience coordinating shipments and inventory.
Customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Sales and commercial awareness to support order fulfillment, vendor relations, and cost-effective logistics decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time, priorities, and tasks both on-site and remotely.
Attention to detail and proficiency with logistics or ERP software, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.
Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, mining, or industrial operations; prior experience in the Middle East region is an asset.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.
