Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Graduate based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves supporting IT infrastructure, assisting in network administration tasks, and monitoring system performance. The individual will help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalate complex problems when needed, and contribute to maintaining secure and stable systems. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with senior IT staff, documenting technical issues and resolutions, and providing responsive support and service to internal users and clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Information Technology and a strong understanding of common IT systems and tools.
Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Security to support and protect organizational infrastructure.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
