Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead business development, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives for our planned U.S. expansion.
We welcome senior executives who enjoy startup environments and want to help build a new business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Lead U.S. market expansion and new business development.
Build strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities.
Support organizational development and long-term planning.
Work closely with executive leadership to drive business growth.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or executive leadership.
Proven experience in market expansion and business growth.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Experience with startups or new business launches preferred.
