- Help document security findings, recommendations, and remediation steps.
- Learn and apply secure coding principles and DevSecOps best practices.
- Stay informed about emerging application security threats and development tools.
## Candidate Requirements
- A genuine interest in cybersecurity, software development, automation, or cloud technologies.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts or scripting.
- Familiarity with software development fundamentals, version control, or command-line tools.
- Basic knowledge of common security risks, such as weak authentication, exposed secrets, and vulnerable dependencies.

- Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and security practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
The following are helpful but not mandatory:

- Exposure to Git, GitHub, GitLab, or similar version control platforms.
- Introductory knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as OWASP ZAP, dependency scanners, or static application security testing tools.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 or secure software development principles.
- Personal coding projects, home labs, online courses, or introductory cybersecurity certifications.
**No previous professional DevSecOps experience is required.** Candidates with foundational technical skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
## What We Offer
- Fully remote working arrangements.
- Proposed monthly salary of AED 10,000–14,000.
- Guidance and mentorship from experienced software and cybersecurity professionals.
- Hands-on learning opportunities involving secure development workflows.
- Access to training and relevant professional development opportunities.
