WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write challenging finance problems (valuation, deal structuring, accounting, markets) that a capable non-specialist would get wrong
- Write the gold-standard answer, with its reasoning
- Build a grading rubric that shows what a strong answer must include
Your work teaches AI models to reason the way an experienced finance professional does.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Substantial hands-on experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, asset management, corporate finance, accounting or quantitative finance
- Strong command of financial modeling, valuation and the judgment behind them
- Clear, precise written English
- Credentials such as the CFA or CPA, or an advanced degree in finance or economics, are a plus
HOW IT WORKS

2. Take a short AI-led video interview about your experience. You'll need a computer with a camera and microphone; phones aren't supported.
THE DETAILS
- Fully remote; set your own hours
- Independent contractor
- Paid hourly between $90 and $180 depending on experience level
- You must be 18 or older
