EnvisionStudio is a digital agency creating premium digital experiences for clients worldwide. We’re looking for a creative, user-focused UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our project team on web and mobile design projects.
EnvisionStudio manages client communication, contracts, project coordination, and payment processes, allowing you to focus on what you do best: creating intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences.
About the Role
This is a remote, project-based engagement for an independent professional. You can work from anywhere and manage your schedule around agreed project deadlines and collaboration requirements.
The engagement is non-exclusive, so you may continue working with other clients, provided there is no conflict of interest with EnvisionStudio’s active projects or clients.
Responsibilities :
Conduct user research and develop user personas where required.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile experiences.
Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical and technically feasible.
Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.
Prepare design assets, specifications, and style guides for development handoff.
Communicate design decisions clearly and deliver work according to agreed project requirements.
Requirements :
Professional UI/UX design experience.
Proficiency in Figma; experience with Adobe XD or Sketch is also valuable.
A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and practical problem-solving.
Excellent understanding of visual design principles, including typography, colour theory, spacing, and layout.
Ability to explain design decisions and incorporate constructive feedback.
Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals is an advantage.
Experience with usability testing tools such as Maze or UsabilityHub is a plus.
Reliable communication and the ability to manage project deadlines independently.

Onboarding: Join the project team for suitable project opportunities.
