Junior Stylist

Role Description The Junior Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, supporting styling for photo and video shoots across e-commerce, campaigns, reels, and product content. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing looks and outfits, coordinating wardrobe and accessories, and ensuring garments and props are clean, organized, and shoot-ready. The Junior Stylist will assist in creating mood boards, maintaining the styling inventory, and helping set up product flat lays and model styling under the guidance of senior team members. This role will also collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, and creative directors to ensure the visual output is aligned with brand guidelines and shoot objectives. The position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced studio setting and opportunities to learn and grow within the fashion and content production space.
Qualifications
Strong interest and foundational knowledge in fashion, styling, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to put together cohesive looks for models and products.
Basic experience in photo or video shoots, including familiarity with e-commerce shoots, campaign shoots, and social media content such as Instagram reels.
Excellent organizational skills, including wardrobe and accessory management, tracking samples, and maintaining neat, efficient styling setups.
Attention to detail in garment care (steaming, pinning, fitting), color coordination, and overall presentation of products and models on set.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction from senior stylists and creative leads and work well in a team environment.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time efficiently, and stay flexible for shoot schedules and changing project requirements.
Relevant education or coursework in fashion design, styling, visual arts, or a related field is an advantage, though strong portfolio or demonstrable interest may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Familiarity with current fashion, beauty, and social media trends, and enthusiasm for creating visually appealing content for digital platforms.
