Role Description
The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This position is responsible for handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing clear and accurate information about services, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. The role involves managing customer accounts, documenting interactions, and ensuring that follow-ups are completed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex concerns, track recurring issues, and contribute to service improvements. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining service quality standards, updating customer records in relevant systems, and supporting continuous enhancement of the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in customer service and customer support, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Experience maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience through professional communication and follow-through.
Prior background in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service Representative or similar positions in service-oriented environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and respectfully with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM or ticketing systems, and accurate data entry.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
