Salary: ₹26,000–₹38,000/month + Night Shift Allowance
About the Role We are hiring a Customer Contact Representative to handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls, queries, and concerns.
Resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Build good relationships with customers.
Manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Support the team in improving customer service.
Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience is a plus.
