Position Overview
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s financial management and strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, remote position targeting outstanding finance professionals based in the United States. You will be fully responsible for financial planning, budget control, compliance auditing, and financial data analysis, ensuring robust financial support for the company's business expansion.
Core Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead and optimize financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial strategic planning to support management's business decisions.
Budget & Cost Control: Oversee and evaluate the efficiency of fund utilization for clinical research projects; manage operational costs and project budgets with precision.
Reporting & Compliance: Accurately prepare and timely submit financial reports, ensuring all financial activities strictly adhere to relevant U.S. laws, regulations, and accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse business teams in a remote environment, providing professional financial insights and optimizing approval processes.
Qualifications
Experience: Mid-to-senior level financial management experience in finance, accounting, or related fields; background in healthcare or the clinical research (CRO) industry is preferred.
Professional Skills: Proficiency in corporate financial analysis, comprehensive budget management, and tax compliance; ability to utilize mainstream financial software and data analysis tools.
Professional Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is preferred.
Communication & Management: Excellent cross-team communication skills and a strong aptitude for data analysis; ability to drive work forward efficiently and independently in a remote work setting.
