About The Role
The role owns the operational backbone of a growing healthcare technology organization: compliance, credentialing, provider operations, and regulatory workflows across the US healthcare system.
You will translate complex requirements — HIPAA, payer contracts, state licensing, CMS and Joint Commission standards — into processes and systems that keep clinical and business teams moving fast without cutting corners.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day healthcare operations, including credentialing workflows, provider onboarding, and compliance calendars
Maintain and audit HIPAA compliance programs, risk assessments, and documentation for internal and external reviews
Manage payer enrollment and contract administration, tracking timelines with payers, clearinghouses, and state agencies
Build and refine SOPs and workflows in tools like Jira, Notion, and credentialing platforms (e.g., CAQH, Modio) to reduce turnaround times
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning clinical, legal, engineering, and customer-facing teams
Report on operational and compliance KPIs to leadership, surfacing risks and driving corrective action plans
Support budgeting, vendor management, and facilities/HR coordination for a distributed team
What We Are Looking For
4-7 years in healthcare administration, operations, or compliance within US healthcare settings
Working knowledge of HIPAA, CMS regulations, payer credentialing, and state licensing requirements
Experience with healthcare systems and tools (EHRs, credentialing software, CAQH, Availity or similar)
Strong process-design and documentation skills; comfortable building workflows and tracking metrics in spreadsheets and BI dashboards
Excellent written communication and cross-functional coordination across remote teams
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
