About The Role
The role owns the systems and data that power the revenue engine — CRM architecture, forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and go-to-market tooling that sales, marketing, and finance teams rely on daily.
You will sit at the intersection of data and business process: translating revenue questions into SQL queries and dashboards, cleaning up CRM hygiene, and building the operational infrastructure that lets the GTM org scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize the Salesforce instance: manage objects, validation rules, flows, and permission sets to keep the CRM clean and reliable
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker, Tableau, or SQL to track pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and forecast accuracy
Own territory management, lead routing, and quota modeling as the sales team scales
Partner with Finance on annual planning, headcount modeling, and board-level revenue reporting
Evaluate, implement, and integrate GTM tooling (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay) across the revenue tech stack
Diagnose funnel inefficiencies through data analysis and recommend process or system changes with measurable ROI
Train and support sales leadership on forecasting methodology, pipeline hygiene standards, and CRM best practices
What We Are Looking For
3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analyst, or comparable GTM analytics roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
Advanced SQL skills and hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Admin certification a plus)
Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) and building models in Google Sheets or Excel
Experience owning revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, or quota/territory planning processes end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management: able to work with sales leaders, finance, and engineering to drive process change
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, business analytics) or equivalent practical experience
Bonus: experience with Python or dbt for data pipelines, RevOps certifications (Revenue Ops School, RevGenius), or exposure to CPQ and billing systems
