Senior US IT Recruiter
Experience: 1-2 Years
Location: Pune (Hybrid/Remote)
Shift: US Shift
Job Summary
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS requirements, sourcing IT professionals for W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time roles across various technologies.
Key Skills
2 years of US IT Recruitment experience
Direct Client, MSP & VMS hiring
W2, C2C, 1099 & Full-Time recruitment
Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed
Knowledge of US visas (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT)
Experience with ATS tools (JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn)
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
Experience recruiting for Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Java, .NET, QA, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, etc.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and mentor junior recruiters.
