About the Opportunity:
The SALESFORCE DEVELOPER role is designed to create, integrate, and sustain Salesforce-based applications that support enterprise needs. This position plays a critical role in transforming business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions that align with organizational architecture and standards. The developer contributes by ensuring that Salesforce applications function effectively within the broader technology ecosystem and by mentoring less experienced team members.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications.
Develop custom functionality using Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce.
Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles and software design patterns.
Execute CRUD operations, SOQL queries, data modeling, and configuration.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
Provide technical analysis for Salesforce integration with enterprise applications.
Design and implement integrations using APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and technical teams.
Drive work independently from requirements to implementation.
Mentor and guide less experienced developers.
Participate in code reviews and promote best practices.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of professional IT/software development experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce customization and development.
Proficiency with Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design patterns.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and application architecture.
Experience with CRUD operations and full web development lifecycle.
Knowledge of .NET OOP and Service-Oriented Architecture.
Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
Experience with application integration and enterprise web services.
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
Experience in technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration technologies and APIs.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Salesforce certifications.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
