Role Description The Affiliate Marketer role is a remote contract position responsible for driving online sales and brand visibility for Yral Foods through affiliate partnerships and performance-driven marketing activities. On a day-to-day basis, the Affiliate Marketer will identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners; negotiate commission structures; and maintain strong relationships to maximize campaign performance. The role involves creating and optimizing affiliate campaigns, tracking key metrics, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-backed improvements. The Affiliate Marketer will collaborate with internal marketing and e-commerce teams to align messaging, ensure accurate product information, and support promotional calendars across digital channels.
Qualifications
Affiliate and performance marketing experience, including managing affiliate programs, optimizing campaigns, and working with tracking platforms or networks.
Digital marketing skills such as SEO awareness, social media marketing, email marketing, and basic understanding of paid advertising (PPC, display).
Analytics and reporting capabilities, including proficiency with web analytics tools, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills for engaging with affiliate partners and cross-functional teams.
Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and partner requirements independently.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail best practices; experience in the food or FMCG sector is an advantage.
Comfort working in a remote setting with reliable internet access and the ability to collaborate virtually across time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in affiliate or digital marketing.
