What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.
Create and publish job postings across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes, connect with potential candidates, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Coordinate candidate interviews, selection processes, and onboarding.
Support HR operations, employee documentation, and team coordination.
Work directly with the founding team to help build a talented, ambitious, and performance-driven workforce.
