Quality Assurance Intern
Company: BrightCHAMPS
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Description
BrightCHAMPS is looking for a detail-oriented QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. The role involves tracking student attendance in live classes, identifying reasons for missed sessions and student drop-offs, and helping improve the overall learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Track student attendance and missed live sessions.
Identify and analyse reasons for student drop-offs.
Maintain daily reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Identify recurring issues and share findings with the team.
Coordinate with teachers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Laptop is mandatory.
