Operations Executive – Sustainable Water Bottling Solutions

Progressive Business Partnership (PBP EcoAqua) is a leader in sustainable water bottling solutions, delivering eco-friendly, high-standard bottling operations for premier hotel chains and hospitality partners across India (including JW Marriott, Westin, Marriott, Novotel, Fairmont, Intercontinental, and Lemon Tree properties). We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly accountable Operations Executive to join our team and drive absolute operational control and plant hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plant Hygiene & Quality Oversight: Conduct continuous daily inspections of staff grooming, PPE adherence, and sanitation protocols across WTP/STP, RO filtration units, and bottling plants. Coordinate immediately with facility managers to resolve non-conformances.
Consumables Inventory Tracking (OPEX Projects): Maintain strict baseline tracking and reconciliation for caps (ROPP/plastic), glass bottles, and front/back labels across multi-site hospitality projects. Enforce the standard inventory formula:
Closing Stock = Opening Stock + Quantity Received - Quantity Consumed - Quantity Rejected
Production vs. Consumption Verification: Extract and cross-verify daily bottling data from Larity against theoretical production requirements, managing rejection registers and root-cause analyses for breakages.
Specialized Sustainability Programs: Manage tracking for the Lemon Tree cap/label reuse cycle and oversee ROPP aluminum cap scrap governance, weigh-bill logs, and secure financial reconciliation.
Executive Reporting: Execute a structured weekly operational cadence (stock audits, yield audits, hygiene checks, variance analysis) and compile comprehensive month-end reports for the Founder.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in operations, plant inventory management, or supply chain tracking (hospitality or manufacturing background preferred).
Exceptional proficiency in stock reconciliation, data accuracy, and root-cause variance analysis.
Strong leadership, communication, and on-site coordination skills to maintain rigorous compliance standards.
Ability to handle multi-site operational scopes with absolute accountability.
