IT Business Analyst

Role Description The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into clear documentation and actionable recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. The role also involves preparing reports, conducting data-driven analyses, and supporting project planning and execution with clear communication and structure. This is a full-time remote role, requiring the ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and effectively engage with distributed teams through virtual collaboration tools.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to support decision-making.
Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering, documenting, and validating Business Requirements.
Experience in understanding and optimizing Business Processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
Familiarity with project management practices and tools, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Comfort with remote work, including strong time management, self-organization, and collaboration in virtual environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in technology or IT services environments is beneficial, as is knowledge of common business and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms).
