Digital Marketing Assistant (Squarespace & RFPs)

Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to support their digital marketing efforts and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is a strong English writer, comfortable managing digital platforms, and able to work independently with minimal supervision after receiving initial direction. Experience in the architecture industry is a plus.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible during client business hours EST (25 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
RFP Management: Manage submissions through RFP portals, targeting 1–2 submissions per week.
Social Media Content: Create Instagram posts using provided direction, existing photography, and brand assets.
Website Maintenance: Update and maintain Squarespace website quarterly, incorporating new assets, content, and protocols.
Marketing Operations: Assist with general marketing tasks and ongoing operational needs.
Digital Marketing Coordination: Support and coordinate digital marketing initiatives in alignment with company goals and direction.
Requirements:
Excellent written English skills, with the ability to handle writing-intensive marketing tasks.
Familiarity with Squarespace and template-based website management.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight after receiving initial guidance.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple marketing tasks with clear communication and initiative.
Previous experience working in a digital marketing company or agency.
Background or familiarity with the architecture industry is a strong plus.
