Research Nurse Team Lead

The Role
Full-Time, Fixed Term 1 year
Are you a passionate and experienced nurse ready to lead and support a dynamic team in the field of clinical research? New Zealand Clinical Research (NZCR) is seeking a Research Nurse Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of excellence within our Nursing Team.
As the Research Nurse Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Providing timely and proactive leadership to the Nursing Team.
Offering guidance and support to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and best practices.
Conducting training sessions and upskilling initiatives for the Nursing Team.
Ensuring compliance with NZCR guidelines and maintaining medically and legally compliant practices.
Facilitating a harmonious work environment conducive to high staff morale and professionalism.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
Registered with the New Zealand Nursing Council as a Registered General or Registered Comprehensive Nurse.
Hold a current Nursing Council of New Zealand Practising Certificate.
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
Previous staff management experience at a Team Leader or Supervisor level.
