Role Description The Vice President Solutions is a full-time remote role responsible for leading solution strategy, design, and delivery across Dovix AI’s portfolio of intelligent products and services. This position oversees end-to-end solution development, collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to create tailored AI and automation offerings that address client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with key customers, leading solution discovery workshops, defining architectures and implementation roadmaps, and guiding teams to execute complex AI and enterprise automation projects. The role also involves supporting business development activities, contributing to go-to-market strategies, forecasting solution revenue, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The Vice President Solutions provides thought leadership on AI trends, mentors solution leaders, and helps shape Dovix AI’s long-term product and services vision.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess complex business challenges, and design effective AI-driven solutions.
Consulting experience in technology, AI, or digital transformation, including client-facing work, solution discovery, and stakeholder management.
Proven sales and pre-sales capabilities, such as solution selling, proposal development, and partnering with commercial teams to close strategic deals.
Finance acumen, including understanding of ROI modeling, business cases, budgeting, and the economics of enterprise technology solutions.
Demonstrated team leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional solution, product, or delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
Background in AI, automation, or enterprise software (e.g., AI agents, workflow automation, SaaS platforms) is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at executive levels.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
Experience working in remote, globally distributed teams and comfort with collaboration tools and digital workflows.
Track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business
