We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment & Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to building our recruitment operations and client network.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other channels.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements.
Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates across multiple industries.
Prepare candidate shortlists and coordinate interviews with clients.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Support recruitment for local Pakistani businesses and international clients.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and research potential clients in Pakistan and international markets.
Connect with business owners, HR managers, hiring managers, and other decision-makers.
Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and other channels.
Understand client hiring needs and identify opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
Arrange client meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain an organised sales pipeline and update CRM records.
Contribute to business growth by identifying new markets and service opportunities.
Client & Candidate Relationship Management
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinate recruitment assignments from initial discussions through to candidate placement.
Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates.
Ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
🔹 What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing or business development.
Confidence in conducting outreach and communicating with potential clients.
Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of responsibilities.
Experience in IT recruitment, international recruitment, offshore staffing, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
