Salary Range: USD 2,500-3,000 per month.

About the Role:
Keep operational data accurate while coordinating vendor deliveries, pickups and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact vendors by phone and email and confirm deliveries and pickups.
• Review operational reports and investigate discrepancies before updating data.
• Maintain systems and track vendor follow-up.
Qualifications:
• Vendor coordination, operations, data management, administrative support, logistics or dispatch experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI experience.
• High-volume vendor outreach and follow-up by phone and email.
• Strong spoken English.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Ticketing or dispatch systems.
• Waste-management or logistics experience.
• CieTrade experience.
