Support US business customers through consultative account service and end-to-end order coordination in promotional products, apparel or a related industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own business customer requests from initial inquiry through resolution.
• Coordinate orders and communicate clear progress updates.
• Provide warm, professional written communication to US business customers.
Qualifications:
• End-to-end B2B account support, order management or client-services experience.
• Clear, warm written English for US business customers.
• Work history in apparel, promotional products, printing, embroidery, signage or ecommerce.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience coordinating customer requests across multiple teams.
