I was actually just looking for a way to work online, something that would give me autonomy, time freedom and the flexibility to work around my lifestyle.
⌚After more than 30 years in nursing, I knew I wanted something different. I wanted more independence and flexibility, and I didn’t want my career to define who I was for the rest of my working life.

I became more confident. I started seeing myself as more than “just a nurse”. I became willing to learn new things, take risks and consider possibilities I hadn't previously thought were available to me.
