Role Description This is a full-time Functional Manual QA + AI role based in Noida with a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The role involves designing and executing manual test cases for web and enterprise applications, validating functional requirements, and identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through their lifecycle. The team member will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to refine requirements, ensure test coverage, and support release planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include regression testing, smoke and sanity testing, test data preparation, and maintaining test documentation such as test plans, cases, and reports. The role also includes working with AI-powered tools to enhance test automation, analytics, and quality insights, while contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in functional manual testing, including test case design, test execution, defect reporting, and regression testing.
Experience with QA tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar test management and issue-tracking systems).
Understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools or analytics-driven quality engineering.
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments alongside cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze requirements, create clear test scenarios, and ensure coverage across UI, workflows, and integrations.
Strong documentation and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reproducibility of issues.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and web technologies to support end-to-end functional validation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in enterprise applications, AI-driven products, or cybersecurity-oriented solutions is an added advantage.
