Role Description This is a full-time Senior Quality Assurance Analyst role based in Gurugram, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of onsite and work-from-home flexibility. The Senior QA Analyst will design, review, and execute manual test cases to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of complex enterprise and AI-driven applications. Responsibilities include defining quality assurance processes, performing detailed quality control checks, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases. The role involves analyzing requirements, creating test plans and test scenarios, maintaining test documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA standards and best practices. The Senior QA Analyst will also mentor junior team members, support regression and integration testing cycles, and provide clear reporting on test outcomes and product quality.
Qualifications
Strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills, with experience establishing and following structured QA processes.
Hands-on expertise in Manual Testing and creating/executing detailed Test Cases for complex enterprise or AI-driven applications.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing requirements, identifying edge cases, and troubleshooting defects effectively.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail or similar) and structured documentation practices.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, and best practices for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide concise test reports.
Prior experience in enterprise software, AI-driven solutions, or cybersecurity domains is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
